Randy Hill has been a driving force in the functional fitness community since 2010, first finding fitness after battling anorexia. After changing his life through strength training, Randy dedicated himself to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Randy has competed in various fitness and strength competitions throughout the nation and has personally coached countless people through their own fitness transformations. He currently competes as a powerlifter and has claimed to be severely allergic to cardio, but we have some doubts. A Marine Corps veteran, Randy deployed to Afghanistan in 2009 and achieved the rank of Sergeant before being honorably discharged in 2011. Randy is also a dog rescue and adoption advocate and spends his free time running Fitbulls Dog Rescue.
Melanie has been in the functional fitness community since 2014. Before that, she spent years in and out of big box gyms after receiving her ACE Fitness Nutrition Certificate in 2003.
Melanie has her MBA and is a CA Tax Preparer. She helps run a high-end audio business with her husband. Melanie is a Navy Veteran and spends most of her free time with her two teenagers Ian and Liberty.
Wes is a National USA Weightlifting coach with five years of weightlifting experience. He is also an Eleiko level 2-weightlifting coach and is a certified personal trainer through N.S.C.A. Wes is an Army combat veteran and a father to his daughter with another on the way. He is currently obtaining his degree in Applied Sports Psychology. His hobbies include astronomy, anything weightlifting related, eating half baked cookies and helping develop himself for and through others.
Derek began his fitness journey by focusing on functional & body weight movements back in 2014 and competed in various races & fitness competitions. Since 2014, he has worked as a Wellness Coach & Personal Trainer. Derek’s passion is equipping people with the skills & knowledge to better their lives.
Derek is constantly training for the next competition to compete in. Outside of the gym, he spends his time reading & meal prepping!
